Cancellation and refund policy

Our company doesn't implement a cancellation and refund policy.

Returns of products are only accepted if the product is defected without extra charge. For a change in size of a certain product the customer is charged with an extra 5€ for the shipping/courier costs of the product.

In all of the above mentioned cases the product needs to be in its original form, clean and with the tag still on. The new package of return will be shipped to the client within 3 days from the arrival of the returned product at our headquarters.

The return of a package is exclusively completed with ELTA COURIER with an initial recipient shipping charge on behalf of our company.
